Greetings all,
I recently received e-mail from a friend, and this lovely Spell to Enhance Psychic Abilities written by Gail Wood. As I love my tea, this spell is ideal.
To a cup of just-brewed hot tea, add a teaspoon of sugar along with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon. These spices will enhance your psychic awareness. As you drink, chant: “Spiced tea, magic tea. Magic please speak to me.” Light some sandalwood incense, an orange candle to promote psychic awareness, and a purple candle to open your mind to messages. Hold the tea to your nose and breathe. Open your senses. As you breathe deeply, your hands begin to tingle. Drink the tea, savoring its flavor and sensation as it moves through your body. Feel its magical energies fill you. When you are finished drinking, put your cup down and listen. When the incense is done burning, breathe deeply. Extinguish the candles and thank the spirits for their magic.
Will be trying it myself, as I believe "Nothing ventured, nothing gained."

Thanks for that tip, there is definitely something magical about tea, other than water it is probably the oldest drink there is, this sounds like a wonderful way to enhance yourself and if nothing else have a nice cup of tea.

hi there, thanks for that spell.
its funny how things unfold themselves. the other day i was thinking to myself, 'i want to give my psychic energies a boost', then small things started to happen and psychic anhacnement recipies just started to pop up from nowhere.

The universe works in mysterious ways. I believe we are all connected to a greater Life Force, so it is just a natural flow of things to work out that way.

Thanks for advising me on your Herbal teas and the website . I have paid a visit to your site, have registered and will be visiting regularly. I drink all kinds of teas, but have found some to have a slight bitter aftertaste, that I am not particularly fond of. I do not like to cover tastes with other alternatives, like honey, as I feel you should experience the herb as it is given to you by Mother Nature. The experience I enjoy most, is the rich fragrances and aromas you get from the various brews.

Hi LunaRiver,
It’s my pleasure, a few tips with regards to the bitterness you find in some teas, if you are using teabags, never squeeze the bag, most teas contain tannins in the leaves these tannins are loosened by the brewing process but remain lodged in the fibres of the leaves, when you squeeze the bag, you release them and this is where the bitter flavour could come from.
Brewing times and temperature are always important, green teas should be brewed at approx 70 degrees, and should never be brewed in boiling water, the should always be steeped for a maximum of three minutes or the tea will start going bitter due to chemical changes in the green tea leaves.
For the best flavour in your tea use filtered water, a normal filter on the tap in you home is good enough, just to get rid of the metals and other chemicals in the water that will alter the taste of the tea, never use water from the warm water tap, your geyser will have introduced a number of metals and chemicals into the water, and technically water from a geyser should be consider unfit foe human consumption.
Also very important is do not let the water come t a full boil, when small bubbles start forming in the water, it’s hot enough when water boils the water starts losing oxygen and actually goes “flat”, this has a significant impact on the flavour of the tea
