Guess what I got!?
Elford bought me a Stevia... well, actually: we were at a nursery and I saw it and he said "You want it?" The rest is elementary history.
However, I now have to get it growing bigger - already planted it out into a new, well composted bed and it's still alive. Once it's big enough I can start harvesting the leaves and use it in my cooking. They say it is 300 times sweeter than sugar, but has virtually no callories and ZERO impact on blood sugar levels. Perfect for diabetes!
I'm so excited I could sh... uhm... PLATZ!
