Firrstly, thanks to Lady Hawk for the opp.

Im going to start with normal everyday uses for herbs (easy herbs thats freely and legally available in South-Africa) {I had my run in with the law and i dont realy want to go through all that again} But I will how ever give a hint to a short magical use of a magically usefull herb at the end off each herb i describe in full.

Lemon Balm

Melissa Officinalis

The Calming Herb

Bushy, Straight up growing perrenial plant, +-40cm*50cm with serated green folaige. Small, white flowers in the summer. Dormant Through winter.

Requirements_____ Sun/semi-sun

Medicinal

Warm Lemonbalm teewill livin you up and calm u at the same time.

It`s also good for coughing and flu and even helps for those sleepless nights, depretion, bad congestion, heart burn, nausea, anxiousness, stress, panicky, .

Add two thumblength twigs to a cup of boiling hot water and let it stand for about 5minutes, drain it and add a bit of honey if you want to (trust me, you want to)

Fresh leaves can be placed direct on insect bites or sore places or as a paste. It helps wonderfully with  babys and kids of any age.

It also helps with collic and nausea with baby`s

This herb also works wonderfully with kids thats hyperactive and people who cant relax

Culinary

Lemonbalm is tasty in fruit salad or cool summer drinks. Freeze is in cubbicles to livin up drinks or to flavour them. The lemon flavour soes well with fish and even cheese dishes

Cosmetics

Use as tee in bath or as a cream for skin problems

Magic tit-bit

If u want to increase your trance while casting a circle, drink a cup of moon tea

Moontea----> Take the flower of the datura plant and make a tea

Please, please be very careful, this  herb works better then most of which i knpw of bt it can be dangerous if taken in exsesive amounts. make about a letre of tee with one flower NOTHING MORE and never drink more then a cup per week. We want to highten our trance, not walk around a week feeling over sensitive and looking like zomby`s
