Two cents worth of warning: both Chamomile and Lavendar should not be used in excess as both have harsh side effects. Remember, herbs have a build-up effect and should also not be taken for more than three days in a row.
Lavendar has a high toxicity and even though it is mildly sedative, can cause some discomfort if taken over prolonged periods of time. Rather have two cups of weak tea daily, for three days and then stop for at least a week to two weeks.
Chamomile (but more particularly Stinking Chamomile -Anthemis cotula - has a tendency to induce vomiting and sweating, and also thins the blood so be careful during pregnancy or before and after an operation.
