Depression >.<

I am new to this forum and have been reading everyone's comments on other threads, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on depression. I have many more problems than that and sadly they aggravate each other(eg. endometriosis & depression) so its a horrible cycle. But I have to start somewhere, so I would like to find out if anyone has helpful advice about chemical depression? I've been told by GPs & pychologists that my brain doesn't produce the right chemicals for me to be happy. I have the most wonderful life, a loving an supportive boyfriend, close friends who are always there for me,a wonderful family and home, the list of good things in my life is endless. Yet I am only ever unhappy and fatigued. I've tried meditation & visualization (along with many medications over the years) and sometimes they help, and i will be okay for a while, but then it creeps back at me like a shadow, as if it is attached to me. Perhaps it is a part of me & I must learn to live with it. If this is the case then I ask of you all for advice on how to function while carrying this weight.Thank you for taking the time to read this. Blessed Be. xoxo

Hi Simmy..

Just a few quick questions...

Have you been formally diagnosed by a medical profetional??

What you've described here are symtoms very simular to what my son has... My wife and i have been keeping track of him and his mediations and writing about it on a forum... Please do have a look and read here..

We are actually a very Screwy family.. I'm Dyslexic, My wife is OCD, our daughter may be Schizophrenic, and our son is Schizophrenic Bipolar...
