Hi guys, i was wondering if any of you out there ave some advice/cure for a problem i have. I've had Tinitis (a type of ear infection, but it's not sore at all. But my ear does ring non-stop, 24 hours a day) for over a month now. I got some medication from my gp, but no reslult, my ear is still ringing. If any of you know of some herbal remedy for my alement i would appreciate it if you shared it with me. This really sucks, i struggle to meditate and reading can become a bit of a bother at times. I have been looking at my life and trying to see if there is some connection, like im not listening to something, or i simply dont want to hear something, but can't find anything. So some helpe from you guys would really be awesome.

This is quite a common problem and related to many causes. It would normally mean, some kind of anomality / disturbance, mostly due to nasal conditions i.e rhinitis / sinusitus / allergy. As soon there is any pressure / irritation in the sinusses, most of the pressure releases through the ear canal (estachian tubes) and sometimes it takes mucous with it, irritating and inflaming the ear canal, causing sporadic inflammatory responses and unfortunately a neural deficit called tinnitus. You are no stranger to this, many people suffer from this.
Few tips.
Chemo / Mediction.
Any decongestant / anti-histamine, i.e psuedoephidrine maleate with a good anti-inflammatory i.e paracetamol (500mg) or Ibuprofen (400mg)
Sinumax Allergy normally cuts it, if that fails get Loratadine 10mg (three times daily) Ibuprofen 400 mg (twice daily) and take it with panado or compral as needed.
Ensure that the ears are clean and wax free, as this adds fuel to the fire.
If medication fails, have your GP have a look and refer you to a good ENT Spescialist.
Herbal
Three Drops of Eucolyptus oil in boiling water and steam yourself with a towel, also orks well for throat infdections and congested coughs. Avoid any allergies i.e dairy / pets / dust / grass.
