Hello Everybody,
I have some questions about Tarot Cards and reading Tarot Cards. I hope that by posting my questions here, I will get some clarification on some of them.
When reading your Tarot cards, do they pick up energies, both positive and negative?
Should you cleanse and restore energies in your cards? If so, how? Which methods can be used?
When you read Tarot cards for somebody else, should they handle the cards to transpose energy? How do I restore energy to a set of Tarot cards that has been handled by someone else?
I would like to use my Tarot cards most effectively, without losing the special messages that is sent to me from the God/Goddess via a reading, or "misinterpreting" the message.
Would love to have your comments and feedback.

Hi there
When it comes to tarot cards I am far from an expert, but here and ther I have picked some things up.
Yes your tarot card can pick up both positive and negative energies it is therefore a very good idea to consecrate your cards each time you used it.
It is also very important to concecrate your deck of cards if it is new and when someone else has touch it.
First determind which is your dominant hand. Hold the stack of cards in your other hand, (the hand wich receives energy). Form a fist with your dominant hand and tap your knuckles once firmly on top of the cards. This sends white light through the cards, clearing them of energies.
Then you should touch each card with your dominant hand you can pull the cards one by one from your receptive hand into your dominant hand.
Then fan your card out and center yourself. Then say your intentions for the cards.

How is your tarot readings coming along? Hope you having fun as well as learning some inportant lessons. What tarot deck do you have, if I might ask?
I have the Goddesses it seemed a good way to learn to learn about them as well and I really liked the pictures as well. Just always remember to ground yourself before your start your reading.

I am having a great time with my Tarot Cards. I also have the Goddess Oracle set, and the messages that I have received from the Goddesses through the cards, have been amazing and inspiring.
The advise you gave me on preparing the deck has really been most helpful.
I take special care when preparing to do a reading, making sure all is as it should be. I also try to be quiet on the inside, consentrating on being connected to the Universe before I do a reading.
