So far Penzak is one of those authors that I would recomend to anyone he writes his work down to earth and easy to understand and ussually with loads of info,  I just seemed to be picking up the flu so I haven't started yet (my head is killing me and that doesn't work that well with meditation).

Hmm interesting will that also go with extreme light headedness and having trouble to focus?  I once had a brain virus and I know it is not that; but this is really not fun.

Well luckely I am feeling human again, I don't like feeling down at all but hey sometimes it is just your body telling you that it needs a little tlc and who am I to argue.  The only good thing about being sick is that you can phone your hubby and ask him to bring take aways ;)
