Totally new to this all.

Have been interested in Wicca/Paganism for more years than I can remember and have now decided to venture down this path.

Looking forward to meeting and learning more every day.

There are so many that I would not know where to begin. 

#1 - When I 'cast a spell' or in this case, bind my tongue; do I have to do it ritually or can I just say the ryme that I have made up.

#2 - I recently also bought myself a 'cusomised' besom, does it need to be 'consecrated' before I can use it.

#3 - I want to start my Book of Shadows - any suggestions.
