Astral Travelling

Could anyone please give me the name of a site that offers free instruction on how to astral travel?

Hi there

There are a lot of websites out there that claims that they can teach you to astral travel. I have found this one but there is a lot of work involved in it. http://www.thiaoouba.com/astr.htm

This person gives you a couple of good starting points. Most people will tell you that you have to stop eating meat. You don't have to do this on a permanent basis though. You can do it four or five days before you planning you astral travel.

I will however ask one of the people that does astral traveling to write us about their experience. You will see that each person does it differently. According to my husband I had dropped back into my body once of twice in the last month but I don't remember anything about it for according to me I was fast asleep.

If you are interested, try getting a copy of the book "Astral Travel for Beginners" by Richard Webster. It is a great book, and full of useful information.
