Hi to all of you who are willing to question the religion you were raised in,

I was raised in one of the traditional Christian churches with a family that prayed before each meal, after some digging I found out that even in the Bible there is mention of the Goddess, and many historical documents show that she was written out of the Bible, along with many other unpopular concepts over the many centuries as the “Holy Bible” was written, adapted, translated, modified, modernized etc, this made me question my religious beliefs and what they mean to me.

When my religion changed, I did not do it out of spite or in an attempt to be a part of a group where women are often superior to men, I changed because what we were raised to belief is not the whole truth, but a dogma designed to control how we live our lives, and I realized I have a mind of my own, and that I can think for myself and make my own conclusions and decisions.

This is a pathway I have only recently started walking, and it still holds a number of discoveries for me.
