Welcome to our forum, being new to wicca can be daunting, the fact that it is such a loosely organised community does make it feel difficult to get into, but the truth is that it's very easy, first and foremost the best advice I can give you is read, read and read some more, there is a lot of information and books available, online there are plenty of sites and there are many books that do a very good job of introducing you to the world of Wicca.
As Nico said there are many Wiccans a nd pagans in pretoria and the fayre is allways a good place to make a few connections, and once you feel ready there si the new academy of magick that opened it's doors recently.
